Welcome to THRIIIVE. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the THRIIIVE mobile game, related services, and associated website.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing content through, or playing THRIIIVE, you agree to these Terms.
THRIIIVE is a fictional life-simulation game in which players create characters, make decisions, build relationships, pursue education and careers, manage finances, raise families, travel, and experience fictional events and consequences.
THRIIIVE may include mature or sensitive fictional themes such as relationships, pregnancy, health conditions, substance use, crime, legal consequences, financial hardship, homelessness, death, and other life events.
These systems are provided for entertainment and simulation purposes only.
THRIIIVE is a work of fiction.
Characters, businesses, neighborhoods, schools, organizations, currencies, products, events, and other elements of the game may be fictional or procedurally generated.
Any resemblance to actual persons, businesses, organizations, or events is coincidental unless otherwise stated.
Gameplay content should not be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, educational, or other professional advice.
Some THRIIIVE content may be intended for mature audiences.
Certain gameplay features may be restricted based on the age of the player's in-game character. Child and teen characters may not have access to adult-only gameplay systems.
Actual age requirements for downloading or purchasing THRIIIVE content may also be determined by the applicable app store, platform, region, and content rating.
Some features may require an account or may store game progress locally or through supported online services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We may modify game systems, correct errors, rebalance gameplay, or update features when necessary.
Although we work to maintain game stability and save compatibility, uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of all game data cannot be guaranteed.
THRIIIVE uses a fictional in-game currency called Ives.
Ives:
have no cash value outside THRIIIVE;
are not cryptocurrency or legal tender;
cannot be redeemed for real-world money;
cannot be transferred or sold outside authorized game systems; and
may be earned through gameplay or purchased where such purchases are offered.
Purchasing Ives does not represent an investment, bank deposit, or ownership interest.
THRIIIVE may offer optional purchases, including virtual currency, expansion content, cosmetic content, additional gameplay systems, or other digital items.
Certain content, including premium or expansion-based gameplay, may require a separate purchase.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform are also subject to that platform's payment, refund, and purchase policies.
Except where required by law or the applicable platform's policies, digital purchases may be non-refundable after delivery or use.
THRIIIVE is intentionally unpredictable.
Your choices, character traits, relationships, finances, location, social circumstances, random events, and other systems may affect gameplay outcomes.
Characters may experience financial loss, relationship problems, illness, legal trouble, job loss, property loss, death, or other negative events as part of normal gameplay.
Purchasing content does not guarantee a particular outcome, status, relationship, level of wealth, or gameplay result.
You may not:
exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to interfere with THRIIIVE or its services;
attempt unauthorized access to game systems or other users' accounts;
reverse engineer THRIIIVE except where applicable law expressly permits it;
distribute unauthorized modified copies of the game;
use THRIIIVE to violate applicable law; or
falsely represent yourself as affiliated with THRIIIVE or its developer.
THRIIIVE and its original game systems, branding, artwork, text, fictional characters, fictional locations, designs, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you permission to use THRIIIVE for personal entertainment. They do not transfer ownership of THRIIIVE or its intellectual property to you.
THRIIIVE is an evolving game.
Features, prices, virtual items, balancing, availability, content, and gameplay systems may change through future updates.
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for development, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or gameplay improvement.
THRIIIVE may rely on third-party platforms or services, including app stores, hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, or other technology providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THRIIIVE is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THRIIIVE and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Access to THRIIIVE or associated online services may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary because of serious violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or applicable legal requirements.
Your use of THRIIIVE is also governed by the THRIIIVE Privacy Policy, available on this website.
These Terms may be updated as THRIIIVE evolves or as legal, platform, or operational requirements change.
When these Terms are materially updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
