By submitting User Content (e.g., images, text, descriptions), you grant BrutonSee Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, modify, display, distribute, and analyze the content to improve our AI models and services.
You affirm that you own the User Content or have permission to upload it.
You agree not to upload copyrighted, illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content that violates our policies, legal requirements, or community standards.

AI-generated insights are based on pattern recognition and available data. We do not guarantee that the valuations, trend assessments, or style recommendations are always accurate, complete, or applicable to every scenario.
ThriftSmart AI does not provide financial, legal, or fashion consulting services. All AI-generated outputs are informational and should not replace expert judgment.
Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated insights. BrutonSee Technologies is not liable for financial losses, resale miscalculations, or fashion misinterpretations.
AI models evolve over time. Past insights may become outdated as trends, data, and AI algorithms change.
Users agree to indemnify BrutonSee Technologies from any claims resulting from reliance on AI insights.
