How does coaching differ from therapy?
While both coaching and therapy involve working with a professional, coaching focuses on future-oriented goals and empowering clients to take action. Therapy, on the other hand, often delves deeper into past experiences and emotional patterns.
What is the typical format of a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are typically held online or in person. Each session is tailored to the client's specific needs and goals. During a session, we'll discuss current challenges, set goals, develop action plans, and practice new skills.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Typically, coaching sessions are 60 minutes long. However, I can also offer shorter or longer sessions based on your specific needs.
What is your availability for coaching sessions?
I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy lifestyle. We can schedule sessions during weekdays or weekends, in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Please let me know your preferred time slots, and we'll work together to find a suitable time. Typically, coaching sessions are 60 minutes long. However, I can also offer shorter or longer sessions based on your specific needs.
What is your coaching style?
My coaching style is supportive, empathetic, and results-oriented. I believe in empowering my clients to find their own solutions and achieve their goals.
How can I be sure that coaching is right for me?
Coaching can benefit anyone who is looking to improve their personal or professional life. If you're ready to invest in yourself and make positive changes, coaching can be a valuable tool.
