Three Card Elite Terms of Use
1. Service Content
We provide you with the Three Card Elite game service, including the download, installation, operation, and related updates and support of the game. During the service process, AppsFlyer and Vungle provide us with auxiliary functions such as advertising and data analysis to improve the quality and efficiency of the service, but the operation of these functions shall not affect the core functions of the game and your normal use experience.
2. Rules of Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this service. It is prohibited to use the game to conduct any illegal, fraudulent, infringing on the rights of others or interfering with the normal operation of the game. It is not allowed to reverse engineer, crack, modify or copy the game without authorization. For the use of AppsFlyer and Vungle, you must also comply with their relevant regulations and shall not use their services to engage in any illegal activities, such as maliciously brushing advertising data or interfering with the normal operation of their data analysis system. At the same time, when using this service and related third-party services, you should ensure that your behavior is in line with morality and public order and good customs, and you shall not publish any harmful, obscene, violent or discriminatory content. If you are found to have violated this provision, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting usage rights, and even permanently banning your account.
3. Service Changes and Termination
We have the right to change, suspend or terminate the service at any time. If the service is terminated, we will handle your personal information in accordance with legal requirements. For AppsFlyer and Vungle's cooperative services, if the service change or termination involves data processing issues, we will ensure that the relevant data is properly handled in accordance with legal and contractual agreements, such as deleting or returning the data to us to avoid data residues causing privacy risks. Before the service changes, we will notify you in advance so that you can make corresponding preparations; if the service is terminated, we will stop collecting and processing the relevant data within a reasonable time and delete or anonymize the stored data in accordance with regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of Three Card Elite services. In the process of using AppsFlyer and Vungle services, if you suffer losses due to third-party reasons, we will assist you in seeking compensation from the third party, but will not bear direct compensation liability unless we are obviously at fault. For example, if your advertising is ineffective or data analysis is wrong due to a system failure of AppsFlyer or Vungle, but we have fulfilled our reasonable supervision and notification obligations, we will not be liable for compensation for economic losses arising therefrom.
5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first negotiate in a friendly manner; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction. In the cooperation with AppsFlyer and Vungle, if a dispute arises due to data privacy or service use, we will follow the same principles of applicable law and dispute resolution, actively participate in the negotiation and litigation process, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. During the dispute resolution period, except for the disputed part, the parties shall continue to perform other obligations stipulated in these Terms of Use and related agreements.
