Three Poker Flight Terms of Use
I. Application License
1. This application grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this application on mobile devices owned or controlled by users for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute or create derivative works of this application unless expressly authorized in writing by this application.
II. User Code of Conduct
1. Users should comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this application and may not use this application to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activities.
2. Users may not publish or disseminate any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others in this application.
III. Service Interruption and Maintenance
1. This application may interrupt service due to technical failures, maintenance requirements, network problems or other force majeure factors. This application will try its best to minimize the impact of such interruptions and notify users in advance where feasible.
2. This application has the right to update, upgrade or modify the application at any time, and users should cooperate with this application to complete relevant operations. If the user refuses to update, some functions of the application may not work properly or the application may not be able to continue to be used.
IV. Advertising and Marketing
This application may display advertising content from third-party advertisers such as AF and Vungle. Users understand and agree that this application displays advertisements, and know that the display of advertisements may be based on the user's personal information and behavioral data (as described in the above privacy policy).
V. Intellectual Property
1. This application and all content contained therein (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may only use these contents within the scope permitted by these Terms of Use and shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of this application or third parties.
2. If the user believes that this application has infringed his intellectual property rights, he should notify this application in a timely manner, and this application will investigate and take appropriate measures.
VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms of Use are governed by law.
2. For any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or this application, the parties shall first try to resolve them through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction.
VII. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be changed based on the business development of this application, changes in laws and regulations, and other factors. This application will publish change notifications within the application or on the official website. Users who continue to use this application after the change will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms of Use.
