Return & Exchange Policy

At Threaded By Grace, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

• Gift cards

• Items returned outside the return window

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at threadedbygraceapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within [5–10] business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Contact us within 5–7 days of receiving your order.

• Please include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost returns.
