Objectives

• To establish the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.

• To provide medical laboratory testing services in accordance with the applicable standards to satisfy the expectation of customers and satisfy the requirements of accrediting body and authorized body.

• To ensure that all the laboratory personnel be familiarize and comply themselves with the documented quality system and competent in performing their assigned duties.

• To ensure that all equipment related to the testing activities are properly maintained and monitored.

• To provide a conductive and safe working environment.
