This Privacy Policy applies to the "ThoughtTrace" app (hereby referred to as "the App") developed by J-LAB.
1. Data Storage and Camera Usage All text, memos, and scanned images created within the App are stored entirely locally on your device. The developer does not collect, view, or transmit your personal notes to any external servers. The App requires access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of scanning paper notes, and this image processing is done locally on your device.
2. Analytics and Advertising To improve the App and provide a better user experience, we use third-party tools to collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable usage data (such as crash logs and screen views). In the free version of the App, we also use third-party ad networks to serve advertisements.
3. In-App Purchases We use a third-party service to securely manage in-app purchases and pro version entitlements. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Since your memos and data are stored locally, they will be permanently deleted from your device if you uninstall the App.

本プライバシーポリシーは、J-LAB が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「ThoughtTrace」（以下、「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。
1. データの保存とカメラの利用 本アプリ内で作成されたテキスト、メモ、およびスキャンされた画像データは、すべてご利用の端末内にのみローカル保存されます。開発者がユーザーの個人的なメモを収集、閲覧、または外部サーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。本アプリは紙のメモをスキャンする目的でのみカメラへのアクセスを要求し、画像の処理はすべて端末内で行われます。
2. 利用状況解析と広告 アプリの改善およびより良いユーザー体験を提供するため、個人を特定しない匿名化された利用状況データ（クラッシュログや画面の閲覧状況など）を収集するサードパーティツールを使用しています。また、無料版のアプリにおいては、広告を配信するためにサードパーティの広告ネットワークを使用しています。
3. アプリ内課金 本アプリでは、アプリ内課金およびプロ版の権限を安全に管理するためにサードパーティのサービスを利用しています。開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報等を収集・保存することはありません。

5. データの保持と削除 メモやデータは端末にローカル保存されているため、アプリをアンインストール（削除）することで端末から完全に消去されます。
