Welcome! I am an associate professor at the Department of Political Science and Public Management at the University of Southern Denmark.
I study discrimination, segregation, cream skimming, social equity, citizen-state interactions, education policy and labor market policy. My work has been published in American Political Science Review, Nature Human Behaviour, American Journal of Sociology, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, and other outlets.
