Interestingly, all the new 4000 series RTX Asus laptops have had the same issue - with speakers not working in Linux. From the sounds of things, it seems very likely it's the same (or at least related issue) to the Razer 16/18's. The asus-linux community have got them working. Seems it requires an ssdt patch to add some missing _DSD (device specific data) properties. They've done a writeup of this here:

Razer-Laptop-Control can be used to switch between balanced, gaming and creator power modes, as well as manually adjust fan RPM for much better gaming performance and cooling. You can install it via razer-laptop-control-dkms-gitAUR package for the driver and use the razer-laptop-control-gitAUR package for the CLI tool.

The openrazer-meta-gitAUR package enables backlight control capabilities (including effects) and macro controls. You may use polychromaticAUR or razercommander-gitAUR for a GUI to set the keyboard options.

The 240 Hz display is automatically detected and works flawless, no need to play around xrandr. I am using the Linux Zen Kernel (pacman -S linux-zen), as it makes the desktop experience "snappier". For the Nvidia GPU / Optimus configuration see the section below.

For all these kernels, the bluetooth would constantly flicker on-off but the Wifi did connect. The issue with the Wifi was not entirely resolved though because the Wifi would randomly disconnect and it would take a reboot to reconnect to an existing network. So, I downloaded the newly released linux-firmware (commit number : fa0efeff) and installed the files into /lib/firmware. This fixed the bluetooth issue for kernels 5.11.14 and 5.11.16 but the Wifi entirely stopped working. In kernels 5.10.0 and 5.10.32 also stopped showing the Wifi option and while the bluetooth flickering stopped, it did not switch-on to look for any available bluetooth devices.

To answer the last question you asked,I am not sure what WLAN FW specifically refers to but all linux kernels 5.10+ worked for me after I downloaded iwlwifi-ty-59.601f3a66.0.tgz and copied the file into /lib/firmware.

I got the same problem on my razer blade 15 advanced 2018 with archlinux installed. I fixed the problem by renaming /lib/firmware/iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0.pnvm file then after restarting my ax210 works correctly. I hope it can help.

Next, I suggest using my conky configuration. It will display the time, date, CPU and RAM usage, top processes, SSD usage, temperatures, and battery information. You can copy it from here: -blade/master/config/conkyrc

The Razer Laptop Control Project was created from this, with a focus on Razer laptops fan and power mode modifications and to eventually do everything Razer Synapse does but on Linux. While there is already Openrazer, that has a focus on the RGB lighting. We may also see RGB controls being added to this project too, according to what the developer has said. They've already been able to recreate Razer's "ambient RGB mode", which they showed off in a video and it actually looks very cool:
