Who are We?

Thompson Park Housing Edition is located in SE corner of Indianapolis within Franklin Township. With greater than 300 residential units, the edition includes a community pool and nearby access to a neighborhood park sitting on 9 acres of land.

As of January 1, 2015, Kirkpatrick Management Company, Inc. (KMC) is our current provider for day to day operations of the community (upkeep of common areas, dues collection, bill payment, and monitoring of covenants and restrictions of the community).

Assessments for TPHOA are collected semi-annually. Information on payment options as well as KMC’s introduction to the community can be found here.
