Increase in Dues

Effective January 1, 2026, Thompson Park Homeowners Association dues were increased to $357 annually.

REMINDER:  Semi-Annual HOA Dues of $178.50 are due January 1 and July 1 each year.

Annual Meeting Date:

2026 Annual Meeting date is June 15.  Watch your mail for link and Annual Meeting documents. 

TPHOA 2026 Community Sales

Thompson Park will hold its annual Community Sale on Saturday, May 16. Second date September 12.

2026 Pool Opens Saturday, May 30 till Labor Day - Weather Permitting

All Pool Rules are provided in the below link.

The pool is open (unless we hear differently from the state department of health) until Labor Day.  It will be open from 9 am - 9 pm, depending on the weather.  It will not be open if temperature is below 72 degrees or rainy.  You will be allowed to bring 2 guests.  But remember, there is a limit depending on how busy the pool is.  Finally, your property must be current on their dues in order to gain access to the pool.  See full pool rules below.
