I am a Heilbronn Research Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Manchester. My research sits at the intersection of semigroup theory, combinatorics, and universal algebra, with a particular focus on tropical matrix monoids and plactic-like monoids.

I hold a PhD in Pure Mathematics (2023) from the University of Manchester and an MMath in Mathematics (2019) from the University of York. Prior to my current role, I held an LMS Early Career Fellowship at NOVA University Lisbon in 2023.

My office is located at 1.218 in the Alan Turing Building.
