Thomas Hübner

I am a doctoral student at ETH Zürich, supervised by Gabriela Hug and Daniel Kuhn.

I am broadly interested in mathematical optimization and its applications in renewable energy systems. My doctoral research focuses on optimization problems in electricity auctions. 

I obtained an MSc in Operational Research from the School of Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh. During my doctorate, I spent six months each as a visiting researcher at the University of Oxford and EPFL.
