Welcome to second edition of the DUSES Newsletter! This month we delve into the fascinating, and very important, realm of Transport for the Future. The spotlight unsurprisingly falls on Electric Vehicles, offering brilliant insight into various aspects of the EV transition. I hope you find the articles engaging and insightful to help educate you about some of the developments in this industry. 

I would love to draw your attention to Ollie's Commodities Column. A new edition this month, but will be a monthly feature. Each month he will focus on a different geopolitical conflict around energy. In this issue, he provides a compelling exploration of the contests around Lithium ion batteries. Meanwhile, for those more interested in extra-terrestrial travel, we have two brilliant articles on the future of air travel. One investigates the possibility of using cooking oil as sustainable plane fuel, the other looks at more sustainable ways of exploring space.
