However, somewhere in my early 40s things began to change.

My metabolism seemed to slow down significantly, and my health began to deteriorate.

After I Hit 40, EVERYTHING Went Downhill, Quickly

After turning 40, my once slim figure disappeared, and I started to gain and bulge in all the unwanted areas.

I began to feel tired and drained during the day and had very little energy. I would sleep for 12 hours sometimes and still wake up feeling exhausted.

I knew something was wrong but I didn't realize how bad it had gotten, until one day I stepped on a scale...

Me and my husband had taken a trip to California to visit some family and were staying at an AirBnB. I noticed a fancy scale on the bathroom floor. I hesitated at first, but then I decided to step on it just to see what it said.

We hadn't had a scale at home in years.

The scale showed 235!

Surely something must be OFF, I thought...

The owners must not have calibrated the scale properly...

That number couldn't possibly be right.

But no matter how many times I stepped off and on that scale, the number didn't change.

As I thought about it, I slowly began to realize that the only thing OFF... was me.

I felt absolutely awful, and I started to think...

How could I let this happen to me?!

I used to be so careful...

But somewhere along the way, through 3 pregnancies and a full-time job, I lost sight of myself and my health.

That night I decided to do something about my health and get my life back under control.

I was Determined To Get The "Real Me" Back

So as soon as I returned home I starting walking every morning. My husband joined me too because he was very supportive in the beginning and he wanted to help. But I soon discovered that it was too hard on my joints with all the extra weight I was carrying, and I was having a really hard time keeping up.

I was afraid to admit it at first because I really wanted to look good for my husband again. We hadn't even been intimate for a while because ever since I had stepped on that scale, I was too ashamed to even get undressed in front of him.

So then I tried yoga, pilates, and even aerobics, but nothing seemed to work, and every time I looked in the mirror I felt so discouraged.

Next I started focusing on my diet (which got pretty expensive). I was buying whole, organic foods and all kinds of odd ingredients that basically doubled my grocery bill.

On top of that, my husband wasn't very happy with me because he didn't like the food.

I also tried calorie counting, the paleo diet, the keto diet, I even became vegan for a month, but my weight would never really change.

Next I tried a detox plan with juicing and smoothies. This seemed to be working at first. But then I found that it left me feeling excessively hungry, so at night I would start snacking and binge eating, and lose any momentum I had.

No matter what I did the results were always the same. I would lose a little weight only to gain it right back.

So next I tried some unconventional home remedies.

The lady at my local health food store recommended I try a mixture with lemons, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper.

I also tried foot detox pads, and I even slept with a raw onion in my socks! (OMG I can't believe I'm even admitting this)🫣

None of these methods ever seemed to work so I began to feel hopeless and defeated.

I wanted to feel good about myself and my body again, but it was literally impossible to keep fat off my body.

I blamed myself for not being able to lose any weight, and then I started feeling like there was something wrong with me internally. Thankfully, I had an appointment coming up with my doctor for my annual checkup, and it was good timing because I desperately needed a breakthrough.

What My Doctor Told Me Came As A Complete Shock

But what she told me next came as a complete surprise. My doctor reassured me that it wasn't my fault, and that my weight gain over the years had nothing to do with my diet or exercise habits.

Then she lowered her voice as if to make sure no one was listening.

She said, "Susan, there is an alternative method that I want you to try. I've known you and Jeff for quite a few years now, and I don't share this with everybody, but I want to show you something that will help."

Then she told me about this ancient calorie burning technique that she learned about at a conference she attended recently. She said, "This method may seem a little unconventional, but it's been researched by top scientists, and it's already helped over 234,205 people to lose weight and get back in shape."

She also told me how it attacks the root cause of body fat, and that every person has this primitive, calorie burning switch within us, and it has to do with our internal body temperature.

I was thinking she was going to suggest some type of lab made medication, but I was mistaken. Instead she told me that it's safe, and 100% natural.

She said, "This technique is referred to as a 5 second *ice hack* and you do it every morning." Then she told me about some of the benefits to using this method.

I didn't have to diet or change my eating habits, I didn't have to do cardio or worry about exercise, and It works very quickly. Plus, it only takes a few seconds a day.

She handed me a piece of paper with the website address to a video.

And then as she was walking us back to the front desk so I could schedule a follow up appointment, she lowered her voice again and said, "Susan, if you add this technique to your morning routine, it will change your life."

It almost sounded too good to be true, but I was so excited to learn about my doctors "little secret" that I couldn't even wait till we got home. I pulled out my phone right there in the parking lot and I went to the website...

...as I watched the video my jaw dropped!

Thousands of men and women had already used this simple method to drop inches and get back in shape, and no matter how skeptical I was at first, I couldn’t deny what was right in front of me.

My heart was telling me that this was the answer I had been looking for, and I had nothing to lose.

So I decided to follow my heart and give it a try.

My husband also loves the difference in my appearance. He is actually doing this ice hack now too and we both look and feel great. Not to mention there's a new "spark" in our relationship. 😉

And besides the weight loss, there are so many more amazing "side-effects":

✅ My energy level has increased dramatically. I'm in my 60s but I feel like I'm in my 20s and 30s again. (and no more joint pain!)

✅ I no longer experience cravings for snacks throughout the day because I feel satisfied after every meal.

✅ I can eat more of my favorite treats like homemade brownies and cheesecakes, without feeling guilty.

✅ To my surprise, my blood sugar levels have improved even though I am still eating sweets.

✅ I am now able to sleep soundly and wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day.

I Am So Thankful That I Followed My Heart

And Not My Head

I get tears in my eyes when I think about how grateful I am for discovering this little secret.

I call it a secret because the greedy and corrupt weight loss industry is trying to hide this ice hack from the general public, but if people actually knew that we don't have to work out for an hour a day, or fast, or eat nothing but salad and kale chips, the fitness and diet industry would go out of business.

I could have easily ignored my doctor's suggestion to try this unusual method, but I decided to set aside my skepticism and give it a chance. And I am so thankful that I did.

As a result, I was able to fast track my body, and now I feel like my true self again, and I am confident in my future health.

I am so happy that I took some time out of my very busy day to learn about this ancient calorie burning technique, and watch the video that changed my life.

Who would have thought?!

The positive changes happened SO fast and more and more people are begging to know how I did it. So I provided a link to the video below.

That is..... if it's STILL up.

I was told that some well known pharmaceutical companies are doing everything they can to keep this video hidden from the general public, and that because of some pending legal actions it could be taken down at any time.

To be sure you have the chance to learn about this strange calorie burning *ice hack*, it may be a good idea to follow the link now and watch the video right away. 👇

I promise you will not regret this. If I can do it, anyone can!
