Hello, my name is Mark Spangler. I am the owner/operator of Third Day Home Inspections. I am an insured Professional Home Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, license # 25892.

I was born and raised in Central Texas, and have lived in Liberty Hill for the past 20+ years. I retired from the Austin Police Department after 35 years of service. Through my career in law enforcement, I served decades as an officer, detective and supervisor. These positions allowed me to not only develop a keen eye for detail, but also to appreciate the different people and cultures that make up our diverse central Texas communities. I have also served in my community and church through various leadership roles for over than 10 years.

Helping others through service has been my life-long passion, one which I now carry over into my profession as a Home Inspector. Third Day Home Inspection was founded through my faith with a primary focus on integrity. I am committed to putting the client first and assisting them with one of the most important financial decisions of their life. I do not take the trust my clients place in me lightly. I inspect only ONE per day, YOURS! I'm in no hurry to get from one home to the next. It's about quality, not quantity. Every home is inspected as though I or my own parents were buying it.

I have been married to Kellye for over 30 years. We have three grown sons, all of which were raised to serve others. Our oldest; Cody, is married & both he and his wife serve in the Texas Education system. Hunter; our second son, is also married and both he and his wife serve in the United States Marine Corps. Wyatt is the youngest son and soon will be serving in the United States Air Force. We're blessed to have one grandchild, Levi who is a ball of energy that stays in motion longer than the energizer bunny!

I am not only certified by the TREC but also hold an additional certification through the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI).
