Policies:
All units are NO SMOKING.
$250 per pet non-refundable fee. See our pet policies.
Minimum credit score is 550.
Security deposit for all units is 1.5 times monthly rent.
Minimum household income required is 3 times monthly rent.
Applications must be submitted via TurboTenant. We recommend scheduling a showing for properties prior to making an application.
All applications are processed in the order which complete applications are received.
