1 Pizza base
3 tbsp Pizza sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
Oregano & chili flakes
Spread pizza sauce on the base.
Add onion and capsicum.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 220°C for 12–15 minutes.
Add oregano and chili flakes before serving.
2 Burger buns
2 Veg patties
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Onion rings
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Toast the burger buns.
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup.
Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and patty.
Cover with the top bun.
Serve hot.
200 g Noodles
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Carrot (julienned)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Salt & pepper
Boil the noodles and drain.
Stir-fry vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
Add noodles and soy sauce.
Mix well on high flame.
Serve hot.
2 Boiled potatoes
1 cup Mixed vegetables
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
Butter
4 Pav buns
Cook onions and tomatoes in butter.
Add vegetables and potatoes.
Mix in pav bhaji masala.
Mash and cook for 10 minutes.
Toast pav with butter and serve.
2 cups Boiled chickpeas
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
2 tbsp Chole masala
2 cups Flour
½ cup Yogurt
Oil for frying
Cook onions, tomatoes, and chole masala.
Add chickpeas and simmer.
Make a soft dough with flour and yogurt.
Roll and deep-fry bhature until puffed.
Serve hot with chole.
