Brains are very busy places. With so much going on, sometimes our thoughts get so busy we need to take a mental 'time out'.
Mindfulness is one tool we can use to cope better with our worries. It works best when you use it regularly. There are lots of apps you can use to learn about Mindfulness, and there are courses specifically aimed at children.
If you want to learn more its good to speak to an experienced teacher of Mindfulness. Talk to an adult for help finding a good teacher.
