The thinking hats are a simple way to approach problem solving, decision making or mindmapping. They encourage you to approach the problem from fresh perspectives, by getting you to focus on one aspect at a time (like unitasking). It also gets you to think about different ways you might think about the same thing (like the Sources of Knowledge). It's very simple to use, but a powerful tool when use effectively.
Watch the first video, and then try creating a mindmap on paper about thinking, using a branch for each of the coloured hats.
