Duties & Responsibilities: As the IT Officer at Butterfly Group, my main responsibility is to manage and coordinate all technological operations within the organization. I ensure that all the group’s information technology systems and infrastructure are operating at peak performance, without any technical issues hindering business operations. My role involves server maintenance, network security, software updates, and troubleshooting systems.
I provide technological solutions that improve work efficiency and productivity for the company’s staff. This includes installing new technologies or software, integrating various systems, and resolving any issues that arise on a daily basis. Additionally, I work to ensure data security, protecting sensitive information from cyberattacks or potential security breaches.
I regularly coordinate with different departments and assist in building a technically proficient team. I provide training to employees to ensure that technology is used effectively, allowing the team to work more efficiently and providing them with technical support when necessary.
