⚠️ Read the rental agreement
We know this part isn’t fun, but these policies are here to protect both parties. Just because you didn’t read it, doesn’t mean you’re not liable for the rentals as per listed in the rental agreement and contract. So, read up!
All pickups and returns must be done strictly within our business hours & no walk in orders.
Pick up & Return time - Monday- Friday (10am-4pm)
Closed every Saturday & Sunday
***Please do not come later than operating hours or waiting charges will be impose RM 8/ 30min
Self-pickup only, or customers may arrange their own delivery through third-party services such as Lalamove or Grab.
STRICTLY NO 4x4 pickup trucks to be used to transport our rental items.
Customers may pick up their rental items on any day within the rental period.
Late returns are strictly prohibited as they affect our subsequent rental arrangements. A penalty of 20% of the basic rental fee will be charged for each day of delay. Late return fees will be directly deducted from the deposit.
Payment & Booking Confirmation
Orders will only be confirmed upon payment. Items are not reserved until payment is made.
If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically released without prior notice.
Booking Fee (Full payment):
Required to secure the date and item/reservation.
Security Deposit (Refundable):
Required to ensure item safety. The amount will be advised by our staff based on the rental value.
All items need to be returned in the same condition as per collected together with all boxes, wrapping and plastic packages provided during collection to avoid any charges imposed.
During your pick up
Check the quantity and condition of all rentals. See any cracks, chips, dust, or dents? List them all in the conditions report and avoid any cleaning/damages fees during your returns! Spend some time here to make sure that you don’t get stuck with additional cleaning/damages fees. If you waive your rights here and don’t inspect the rentals yourself, we will use our latest inventory conditions report to assess the cleaning/damages fees that might incur if the rentals are returned to us not in the same condition as when we prepped it.
Fill up the conditions report for any defects or missing components
We won’t charge you damages/loss fee if you return the rentals in the same condition that you got it in! If this section of the report is left empty, you’ve acknowledged that you’ve received everything in good condition. By filling up this report and by doing point #1, you’ll know exactly the condition of each rental and any cleaning/damages fees will not take you by surprise!
Date Change Policy:
a. Any changes to the pickup or delivery date must be requested at least 1 day in advance of the original date selected at checkout.
b. Date changes are subject to availability and approval by our team.
Cancellation :
a. To be eligible for 100% refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.
b. Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
c. Please note that any cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the delivery date are NOT eligible for a refund.
