I'm a Senior Economist at the German Council of Economic Experts and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Copenhagen. I am also an External Research Fellow at the Kiel Centre for Globalization.

My research focuses on topics in labor, international, and development economics.

I received my Ph.D. from Kiel University in 2021. I took part in the Fund Internship Program at the IMF in 2020 and I visited the Department of Economics at Yale University on invitation of Prof. Samuel Kortum in 2019.
