Overview

Dr. Thi is a professional in the synthesis and applications of two-dimensional (2D) materials, including graphene and 2D semiconductors.

At THI Lab, we combine fundamental science with application-driven goals — from exploring new phenomena in 2D systems to developing innovative materials for electronics, optoelectronics, energy, biomedical, and environmental solutions. We develop cutting-edge techniques for synthesis, processing, and analysis to push the boundaries of what’s possible with ultra-thin materials.

We are always open to collaboration and welcome students, researchers, and industry partners interested in shaping the future of 2D materials and nano-enabled technologies.
