I've completed the TeaMWork Virtual Internship program and received my certification of participation !
I worked on a project with the Centre for Pavement Engineering Education (CPEE) and the Australian Flexible Pavement Association (AfPA) to create a diversity and inclusion video campaign titled 'Attracting people into our industry'. This experience has been an incredible opportunity to develop my skills in teamwork and time management. It allowed me to collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines on a single project, gaining valuable insights into marketing, social media, consultancy, and strategy.
I'm grateful to the TeaMWork Internship Program, all the mentors, and administrators for their support and guidance throughout this journey. This internship has not only expanded my knowledge but also fueled my passion for marketing.
PASS Leader - Monash University: PASS Program
Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) is an academic support program that runs in units that students can find challenging. The PASS leader facilitates between two and four, one-hour study sessions a week for students in first-year units.
I have been working as a PASS Leader at Monash University for 5 semesters. In this role, I guided study sessions, supported students in developing learning strategies, and helped build their confidence in navigating the unit's content.
During my time as a PASS Leader at Monash University, I was honoured to receive the Inspirational Leader Award, recognising my commitment to creating an encouraging, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for first-year students.
The award reflects my dedication to uplifting others, fostering collaboration, and leading with empathy — values that continue to shape how I approach both design and teamwork.
