Pixel Bounce does not directly request a user's email address, telephone number, physical address, contacts, photographs, videos, voice recordings, or payment card details.
The following information may be processed to provide cloud saving, advertising, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, and other game functionality.
Pixel Bounce may use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous identifier for an app installation.
This identifier:
Does not contain the user's real name.
Is not connected to an email address or telephone number.
Allows cloud save records to be associated with the correct installation.
Helps protect game progress and purchased entitlements.
The following information may be stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore:
Player name or nickname
High score
Total games and gameplay statistics
Coin and gem balances
Unlocked characters, skins, trails, and worlds
Selected character, skin, or trail
Daily and weekly mission progress
Achievements and completion dates
Daily reward status
World and level progress
Leaderboard score
Premium or remove-ads entitlement
Cloud Save version and synchronization information
This information is used to preserve progress, synchronize gameplay data, and provide game features.
A player name or nickname selected by the user may be visible to other players on leaderboards.
Users should not use their real name, contact information, or other directly identifying information as their player name.
Pixel Bounce may use Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics may process:
App launches and sessions
Screens viewed
Features used
Gameplay and menu interactions
App version
Operating system and general device information
App-instance identifiers
Android advertising identifiers
Approximate location derived from a masked IP address
In-app purchase and subscription events
Product identifiers, product names, and prices
This information is used to understand app usage, improve game balance, measure performance, and identify features that require improvement.
Pixel Bounce may use Firebase Crashlytics.
When an error or crash occurs, the following information may be processed:
Crash reports and stack traces
Relevant application state
Device model and operating system version
App version
Memory and performance information
Crashlytics installation UUID
Firebase installation identifier
App actions occurring immediately before a crash
This information is used only to diagnose technical problems, correct errors, and improve app stability.
Pixel Bounce uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may process:
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address

App Set ID and similar device or app identifiers

Ad impressions and interactions
Taps and video views
App and advertising SDK performance data

Pixel Bounce may offer remove-ads products, premium features, coins, or other digital products through Google Play Billing.
Payment processing is performed by Google Play. TH Games does not receive or store a user's:
Credit or debit card number
Bank account information
Card security code
Payment password
Pixel Bounce may process:
Purchased product identifier
Purchase status

This information is used to verify purchases, deliver digital products, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
Pixel Bounce may send reminders concerning daily rewards, missions, lives, chests, or returning to the game.
Notification permission is controlled by the user and may be disabled through the app settings or Android device settings.
Local notification preferences and schedules are stored on the user's device. The use of local notifications alone does not transmit personal information to a remote server.

TH Games does not sell personal information.
Certain advertising identifiers, device information, interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location information may be shared with Google and advertising technology providers for advertising and measurement.
Firebase may process cloud, authentication, analytics, and crash information as a service provider acting on behalf of TH Games.
Information transmitted between Pixel Bounce and Google or Firebase services is protected in transit using modern encryption methods such as HTTPS and TLS.
Access to Cloud Save information is restricted through Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. TH Games applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Cloud Save, profile, anonymous identifier, gameplay progress, and leaderboard information may be retained until the user deletes the information or requests deletion.
Local game information may remain on the device until the app is uninstalled, app storage is cleared, or the in-app deletion option is used.
Firebase Analytics user-level and event-level information may be retained according to the configured Analytics retention period.
Firebase Crashlytics crash information and associated identifiers may be retained for approximately 90 days.
Purchase entitlements may be retained for as long as necessary to deliver or restore purchased products.
Google Play, AdMob, and other Google services may retain certain information according to their own legal and operational retention periods.
Limited records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.
Removal from backup systems may take up to 30 days.
Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be associated with a user may be retained for statistical purposes.
Users may delete their information in Pixel Bounce by navigating to:
Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete My Data
This process may delete:
Cloud Save information
Anonymous Firebase user identifier
Profile and player name
Gameplay progress
Coin and gem balances
Unlocked characters and other game content
Mission and achievement records
Leaderboard entry
Local game data and preferences
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Certain purchases previously completed through Google Play may be restored through the Restore Purchases feature.
Users may also submit a deletion request by sending an email to denizcelik.av@gmail.com with the subject “Pixel Bounce Data Deletion Request.”
The user may be asked to provide the Player ID displayed in Pixel Bounce so that the anonymous cloud record can be located.
Verifiable deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, payment, security, or fraud prevention purposes may be excluded from deletion.
Users may reopen the advertising consent and privacy options from within the application.
Android users may also reset or delete their advertising identifier through their device privacy and advertising settings.
Purchasing a remove-ads product does not automatically delete analytics or diagnostic information collected before the purchase.
Pixel Bounce is not designed or directed specifically to children under the age of 13.
The intended audience of the application is a general audience aged 13 and older.
TH Games does not knowingly seek to collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or similar directly identifying information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes that information belonging to a child has been collected, they may contact denizcelik.av@gmail.com to request deletion.
The applicable age of digital consent may be higher than 13 in certain jurisdictions. Users must comply with the age and parental consent requirements applicable in their country.
Google and Firebase may use global infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed on servers located outside the user's country of residence.
Such processing is performed subject to applicable data protection requirements and the service providers' data protection terms.
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
