Thfont Soundfont Download

I have done everything i can think of when trying to get the soundfont to work for my lightsaber. It lights up the bladestyle but when i get to the sound it makes a beep noise rather than the font file track. no noise comes from this sound but the thing is all of my other sounds work and i have unzipped the folder and quite literally everything you might be able to think of on the dot. i even got the sound from the dude that he used for his actual proffie which worked in his videos and such. the sound is called Array by jordans Sound fonts on etsy. Please help me figure out why the sound will not play but the bladestyle works.

I've used musescore for awhile now, and I haven't had any issues up until now where my playback audio has been very glitchy and high pitched for my ms basic soundfont. I have downloaded other soundfonts on Muse hub as well, but I've still been running into this issue. The ms basic soundfont is maybe an octave or 2 higher and extremely out of tune. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but nothing's worked so far. This only happens to brass instruments from what I've seen so far. Strings and piano sound completely fine. I've been specifically writing for trombone, and when I play the score back, the tempo goes extremely slow. I use a focusrite scarlett 2i2, and when I use the ms basic soundfont listening from my pc's headphone port, the font is perfectly pitched correctly, but still ridiculously slow.

[Edit] User error - I needed to select a bank first. (I created a new bank called Reed for this soundfont.) I am leaving my error on show here (rather than delete the post) so that others may avoid the same embarrassment! ff782bc1db
