You can request food using the button on the home page, or by clicking the following button and then completing the request form.
Currently, we ask that you keep your requests limited to once per week. Because our pantry is supplied on a donation basis, we do not guarantee we can meet all demand.
No. There is no cost to receive food supports.
Yes. However, delivery is based on volunteer availability and is not guaranteed. It is always best to arrange for someone to pick up for you if needed.
Yes. Our program is built by community, for community. We encourage working together as much as possible. We only ask that it is communicated to us at pickup.
Requests are answered on a first come, first serve basis. If we are not able to fulfill your request, we will contact you as soon as we are able to.
We ask that all recipients of our program complete a request form. This helps us serve you better.
No. The Human Factor Community Organization is not a registered charity. We are working on receiving a charitable number from Canada Revenue.
