Yin Yoga is a meditative practice with a physical focus that goes beyond stretching the muscles by stimulating the connective tissues, ligaments and joints. In this class, through passive poses held between 1-5 minutes, you'll have the opportunity to turn inward, calm your mind, improve your flexibility and mobility and relax deeply. Yin is a perfect compliment to a 21st Century Yang lifestyle and more dynamic forms of yoga.

-Gentle Yoga-
Gentle yoga is more gentle version of Hatha yoga, which is a classical yoga where practitioners slowly flow through poses in a way that allows for a deeper awareness of the asanas (poses), our bodies, our breaths and our minds. In a gentle class, we will slowly, gently move through classical poses, paying extra attention to alignment and breath to ensure the poses are done safely. This is an all-levels class and can be great for beginners, people with injuries and folks that just want to take things more slowly! Leave feeling a sense of overall wellness- in mind and body! ​
