Our Vision
The Y Family Land is a developing food truck destination in Otero County, created to give local vendors a consistent place to serve and grow.
Led by Juan Torres, this family-owned space is transforming unused commercial land into a community gathering spot, built intentionally and over time.
How the space is growing:
Phase 1: Activate the land with food trucks and community activity intrest
Phase 2: Add gravel parking, make Benchs & Tabels, and a fire pit. Purchase essential amenities such as Porty Pottys, Trash cans (Any leads where to purchase items or any donation given is greatly appreciated)
Phase 3: Build a concrete or wooden dance floor (30x 30x ) pad and event area and continue site improvements such as lights, fencing and any other creative accommodation.
RC Car Race Track & Hoops on Wheels are in progress.
Vendors who join early become part of the foundation, helping shape a destination that grows alongside the community it serves Will be accommodated as always. Limited generous parking.

Create a clean, safe, and well-managed space where food trucks can park, serve the public, and grow their businesses, while giving the community a new place to gather.
