Get name and phone # of guests who are going to be in vehicle.
Figure whether it is a pick and drop off or as hourly as directed (drive around).
Record the date and time they will be leaving/getting picked up and where they will be going.
Get flight # for guests as well. Once you have the number then you will know what time flight is arriving.
Confirm the date/time of the ride.
Make sure to offer the ride back.
Get the confirmation # from LTI and give them the number of the service.
