Drop Off and Check in Procedure
Dancers will be dropped off by ONE parent/guardian at the check in table in the lobby of the theater. There will be multiple check in attendants who will check your dancer in and send you a confirmation text that your dancer was checked in.
(Please make note of any allergies or health concerns)
Make sure your dancer has ALL their costumes, shoes and accessories for the show. Place any change of shoes/hair accessory in its OWN clear gallon baggie with your dancers name on it. We will place this baggie with the dancers costume in a specific area with their class. (Label everything that comes backstage)
Reminder! Parents are not allowed backstage at any point and dancers level 3 and under are not permitted a dance bag backstage. Food & Drink are not permitted backstage.
Pick Up Procedure
Only one parent per dancer is permitted in dancer pickup area. Upon entry to the pickup area you will show the button received at check in.
Dancers will be dismissed after the final the curtain call. There will be NO early dismissal in order to maintain dancer safety.
Dancers will receive an alphabet letter that will coordinate with their pickup location. This letter will be sent exclusively to you.
Parents/guardians must know their dancers letter in order pick them up. If the parent/guardian does not know their dancers letter, the dancer will not be released until they have been identified as a parent/guardian in the studio software.
Please ensure the party picking up the dancer is listed in the JackRabbit.
