The organisation shall be called:
The Warrior’s Way Ministries (WWM)
The organisation may also establish a registered NPO arm under the same name (or as The Warrior’s Way Foundation), for compliance and funding purposes.
· WWM is a Christian ministry and fellowship dedicated to the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, discipleship, prophetic ministry, and community outreach.
· WWM shall operate as a faith-based, nonprofit organisation, with its spiritual core remaining independent of state control.
· WWM may register as a Nonprofit Organisation (NPO) under South African law for administrative and financial purposes, but its doctrinal message remains under the sole authority of Scripture and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
The objectives of WWM are to:
1. Preach and teach the Word of God in truth and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. Train and mentor believers in prophetic and apostolic ministry.
3. Evangelise locally and globally (including through Christian Motorcyclists Association partnerships).
4. Provide charitable works: feeding schemes, youth development, rehabilitation programs, creative arts training, and community upliftment.
5. Uphold financial accountability and stewardship in accordance with biblical principles and South African law.
6. Protect the independence of the prophetic voice from state interference.

1. Membership shall be open to all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
2. Members commit to uphold the vision, mission, and biblical standards of WWM.
3. No membership fees shall be charged; support shall be by freewill offerings and donations.
1. The Leadership Council shall govern the organization, consisting of at least 5 members once fully established (initially Founder + provisional council).
2. The Founder (currently Nico Engelbrecht) shall serve as the spiritual leader and vision bearer.
3. Leadership Council roles:
o Chairperson (Founder)
o Vice-Chairperson
o Secretary
o Treasurer
o Additional member(s)
4. Decisions shall be made by prayerful consensus. Where consensus cannot be reached, a simple majority shall decide.
The organisation shall have the power to:
- Carry out its objectives.
- Open and operate bank accounts.
- Acquire, hold, and dispose of property.
- Employ staff, ministers, and volunteers.
- Receive donations, offerings, grants, and gifts.
- Establish partnerships with other ministries, NPOs, and churches.
1. NPO Account: All general ministry donations shall be deposited into the official WWM NPO/Foundation bank account.
2. Transparency: Proper financial records shall be kept. An annual report shall be submitted to the Department of Social Development, in compliance with the NPO Act.
3. Use of Funds:
o Ministry operations, outreach, and charity work.
o Administration and program costs.
o Stipends, honorariums, or salaries for ministers, including the Founder.
4. Audit: Accounts shall be reviewed annually by an independent auditor/bookkeeper.
1. Ministers of WWM, including the Founder, may receive stipends, honorariums, or salaries from the organisation as determined by the Leadership Council.
2. WWM recognizes the giving of “love gifts” by individuals to ministers as a biblical and legitimate practice.
3. Such love gifts may be received either:
o Directly by the minister (as a personal gift), or
o Through the NPO account, earmarked for ministerial support.
4. All regular financial support for ministry purposes shall be channelled through the NPO for transparency.
5. Personal gifts received directly by ministers shall be declared by the recipient in compliance with South African tax law.
1. The Leadership Council shall meet at least once every quarter.
2. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held to review reports, finances, and future plans.
3. Emergency meetings may be called by the Founder or Chairperson.
1. The ministry’s message and doctrine shall remain solely under the authority of the Bible and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
2. No government, donor, or external body shall dictate or alter the preaching and teaching of WWM.
3. If ever the legal framework of the NPO arm conflicts with the truth of the Gospel, the independent spiritual arm of WWM shall continue unhindered.
1. Should WWM cease to exist, all remaining assets shall not be distributed to members but shall be donated to another nonprofit Christian organization with similar objectives.
2. Dissolution shall be decided by a two-thirds majority of the Leadership Council.
