GENERAL FACILITY & VENUE QUESTIONS
The W is located on the historic corner of 1040 Cecil Ave, Louisville, KY 40211 (at the intersection of Cecil Ave and Greenwood Ave). We are proud to build the very first dedicated sports training and performance facility right here in the West End!
Our Grand Opening event on August 1st, 2026, officially runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The schedule features a community ribbon cutting, our inaugural wiffle ball and flag football games, an elite guest speaker presentation, and a family movie night on our outdoor stadium Jumbotron!
Absolutely. The W is engineered to be a daily community hub. Beyond scheduled sports, we host monthly neighborhood events featuring commercial bouncy houses, family movie nights on the Jumbotron, Shark Tank pitch nights for local startups, community trade instruction fairs, and neighborhood farmers harvest festivals. We hold garden, media, broadcast, trades, sewing and business workshops plus more for everyone in the community. We will soon be offering martial arts group lessons, a early morning walking group and cardio workout group lessons.
ATHLETE RATINGS & LEAGUE PLAY
The Instant OVR Rating is our custom, video-game style 1–100 player profile metric system.
If you are a league member: Your player card rating is generated automatically and dropped straight to your roster the exact second you complete your sign up registration.
If you are a non-league member: You can purchase a $3.00 Virtual Athlete Assessment Pass right on our home page, select your sport, and get your baseline player card generated instantly!

SPONSORSHIPS, RETAIL, & NAMING RIGHTS
It is a dedicated commercial shopping corridor built directly along our stadium property lines on Cecil Ave to foster community wealth and empower local independent commerce. We are actively renting out portable, custom-built 12x16 storefront spaces to local service providers, lawyers, tax preparers, barbers, salons, landscapers, physical therapists and more.
To respect our corporate partners and protect their market share, we only allow one brand per business industry. Once a slot is claimed (e.g., 1 barber shop, 1 salon, 1 restaurant), the door is permanently locked to their competitors for the entire 12 months before open enrollment for that business industry.
We offer five distinct, high-exposure marketing tiers for local and corporate brands:
Vendor Booth Package ($100/month): Includes a 10x10 tent fan-facing promotional footprint.
In-Game Ads Package ($200/month): Includes PA system product shoutouts and live stream commercial breaks.
Owners Box Package ($300/month): Grants premium VIP stadium access and executive tier logo placement on suite.
Storefront Package ($400/month): Secures a physical, portable 12x16 custom retail storefront on the corridor.
Title Naming Rights Package ($1,000/month): Grants complete corporate venue naming rights and master brand integration across the entire sports complex.
