About Us

About Us

CPC has a long history of providing fun and meaningful programming for ISU students. In fact, CPC was founded in 1911 with the primary purpose of ministering to local students. We encourage spiritual growth through uplifting worship, heart-felt conversations, informative Bible studies, pastoral care and refreshing retreats. We like to think that our congregation is open, loving and relevant and that you'll feel at home here.

Westgate Student Center which is located on the second floor of our church, has a large kitchen, a comfy lounge, study tables, and free wireless. It's a great place to study, grab a snack, take a nap, or just chat with friends. It is open Sunday - Thursday, 8am - 10pm and Friday, 8am - 5pm. Most of our activities take place here.

The Vine is active throughout the week during the fall and spring semesters. Sunday activities include worship and spiritual formation, including leadership opportunities for those who are interested. Wednesday afternoons we serve, eat, and reflect with opportunities to volunteer with children at our after-school program - "Club CPC," followed by a meal together and time for reflection. In addition, we enjoy nights out on the town monthly, a spring break mission trip, movies, and much more.
