When Al Wesley traded his collegiate football scholarship for the pursuit of his artistic dreams, he embarked on an exhilarating yet challenging journey. Armed with just a year of self-taught guitar experience and a limited musical background, bringing his vision to life was no easy feat. His relocation to Kalamazoo, Michigan, and introduction to bassist Joey Darts marked the genesis of The Valley Drive.

At the core of The Valley Drive lie the talents of Tommy Glodo, Joey Darts, and Al Wesley. With Tommy Glodo leading the live project and supported by a host of musicians, the collective has steadily gained recognition among audiences. Drawing inspiration from iconic acts like The Doors, Arctic Monkeys, Mac DeMarco, and the Steve Miller Band, they craft music that strikes a profound chord.
