Our company is here to serve local communities to Big Cities with the help of students. Students are not our "workers" they are the future. They aren't meant to stay with us for long, they are here so we can assist them in gaining entrepreneurship experience, master their skills, and build their business. Our company is designed to take in students who are requesting assistance because they may be having a hard time gaining clients. We act as their central hub, they don't have to worry about scheduling appointments or getting their foot in the door. We do the heavy lifting, all they need to do is respond to the call out and then report back to us when the job is finished. We want nothing but the best for the students of each High School. They are the future, and they need to learn how to be a leader and how to manage money as well as their time. They are apart of our business but they aren't apart of our future. We are here to help build their future.
Whether you see us as a small company or a large Corporation, we are a new and thriving company who puts students and clients first and ensures everyone is happy at the end of the day. Our company runs on Clients and Students. We are a company founded in 2025, from the State of California. Our founder Xavier Teeter who has always valued putting people he cares for first and has always wanted to build a fair system decided that he wants to help students gain real life skills and help other grow their business. Starting with less than $1 in his account, he brainstormed ideas to try and help students but none came close to his idea for this company. He stayed up so long every night for a long period of time to the point where he started to get sleep deprivation. After all of that work, he came up with our name "The Valley Collective Co." which is a local Central Valley company. Now he feels very happy that he has created the idea to help students, elders, and busy families with their needs all with either a phone call or a click of a button. He is helping people from across the state. The money he earns? Most of it goes to charity, his local church, and his company. He is still very dedicated to this company and doesn't like to call himself anything more than just a person lending a helping hand.
