The Executives are in charge of managing all affairs and operations of the association. They hold the power of decision making as they deem fit on behalf of the members whom they represent.
Elections/Voting Process
Elections for executive members on the board are held every academic year.
All members shall have the right to nominate individuals for the Executive Board. An individual must be a member for at least one full semester for voting and nomination rights.
Any member can be nominated to run for an Executive position during elections.
In order for members with voting rights to participate in nominations and/or voting, members must be in “good standing”. (Members must attend at least three (3) meetings for each academic semester and take part in the annual events held by the Association).
Nominations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the election date where all nominees must present a written election manifesto by a date determined by the Executive Board.
