Darek Kluz’s is known for fighting for the age of purchasing a firearm to 21. The legal age for drinking is 21 due to the brain being fully developed at that age, Kluz thinks it should be the same for owning a firearm hoping to envoke better choices when handling a firearm, he also argues that many teenagers under the age of 21 are more likely to make worse choices with a firearms then people over the age of 21.

Darek Kluz also talks about the situation between Russia VS Ukraine and if America should help them, Kluz believes that if America were to assist Ukraine in their current war, it could lead to a major conflict between Russia and America which would inevitably cause World War 3, although if America were to help they could enlist the help of Ukraine making both NATO stronger and Ukraine stranger against threats.

Policy Statement COVID-19 VACCINES: Every person who isn’t fully vaccinated or cannot show proof via vaccination record must wear a mask or face shield covering over the mouth and nose in every US indoor establishment. This includes but is not limited to schools, work places, stores, gyms, etc. If one chooses not to or cannot wear a mask, they may work remotely at home and order food and essentials online to be delivered to their home.

Research by the CDC shows that “healthy hospital workers, older adults, and adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) reported no to minimal changes in oxygen or carbon dioxide levels while wearing a cloth or surgical mask either during rest or moderate physical activity.” The CDC shows that masks cause children “no oxygen desaturation or respiratory distress” and that kids can still “recognize familiar words presented without a mask and when hearing words through opaque masks.” Masks also protect oneself and one’s community since people may be pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic. As well as helping the US economy recover with cheap and effective intervention.

Policy Statement MINIMUM WAGE: Instead of there being a set federal minimum wage, each state should be able to decide their own minimum wage because the cost of living varies from state to state.

Instead of there being a set federal minimum wage that the entire US must follow, each state government should be able to decide their own minimum wage. The federal minimum wage is currently $7.25 and has been that way since 2009. However, other states such as Colorado’s minimum wage is $12.56 and has changed almost yearly for over a decade. This is because the cost of living varies so greatly from state to state. While some states have cheaper housing, food, and essentials where workers can easily live off of a lower minimum wage, other states are more expensive to live in and require a higher minimum wage. That’s why it is most beneficial for the federal, state, and local government, economy, and people to allow each state to put their own minimum wage requirement into place without the federal government and Legislative Branch interfering.

I personally believe in better food management and supply transfer to citizens of Venezuela. This includes water, currency, and food. They should be supplied with easier access to these items.

I also believe that America should take a stand on the fairness of a curt trial. Some people are unfairly arrested due to false judgement. It is within my belief this should be altered.
