We are limited by a constitution, yet such writing is classified to internet access unless you own citizen ship due to security constraints and the constitution's laws. However, we guarantee freedom of religion, speech, moral, and absolutely no discrimination. Furthermore, do note that the Emperor and only the Emperor can veto votes, meaning no vote can be held that he detests. This will rarely occur though, as at the end of the day, the Supreme only want what is best and grows the nation.

Although we have a hierarchy, all levels will be able to have a full and single independent vote. Truely, all we want is what is best for the people, as without the people, there is no Union. Therefore, in fear of corrupt and evil, there will be one everlasting leader until a suitable replacement is available, who will be voted in.

Unlike traditional Monarchism, the heir to the throne will not be from the previous leader's family, in order to avoid spoilage, entitlement, corruption, and poor treatments of the people. However, there is still a clear form of hierarchy and feudalism within the Union, however it does not strip people of their rights or incomes.
