Before Booking 

Ensure all signers have unexpired, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID).

The name on the ID must match the name on the documents exactly.

Review all documents for accuracy in spelling of names, addresses, and dates.

Notify us in advance if any corrections need to be made.

Ensure that all parties who need to sign or be notarized are present at the scheduled time.

All signers must be mentally aware and willing to sign.
