The topic that we want to address is all kinds of pollution such as trash that affects land, water and all the environment's that any living being lives in. Let’s start with the effects of trash pollution on the land. Trash pollution can not only damage the habitats of humans and animals it destroys the beautiful grace of nature. Harmful chemicals can be released into the soil and water by mining, farming, and factories that can kill animals and plants disturbing the food chain. Also, greenhouse gas methane released by landfills can cause global warming. Have you ever heard about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, a 700,000-kilometer wide patch of garbage about the size of Texas? Many sea animals mistake floating trash for food so they eat it out of hunger. This would either choke or block the digestive system causing a slow death. This topic is crucial to the Earth, we must help slow and stop the effects of pollution
