False. In Section 1.2 of the Bill, it says "NORB will be established as a branch of the Ministry responsible for Internal Affairs and is the Government Department responsible for ensuring the public is informed on the credibility and bias of media outlets." Fishergate has not corrected or taken back the statement.

Has been corrected since.
Was misleading. Progressive Parliament is not the only party to win 100% of it's seats. According to Brototh, "Alternative stood for two seats in the HoC and one seat for Senate. We won all 3 seats." This statement could easily be misinterpreted to the benefit of the Progressive Parliament. The claim made by Brototh was verified by United States of Edingbridge who was Electoral Commissioner at the time when the Alternate Party won 100% of it's seats. Additionally, Cerdenia also said, "Back when the House was only 7 seats large, PPT stood 2 seats and won both." This is further proof that the statement is misleading. Marvinville also said that the TAP won all of the seats it ran for in an election. But even before that, the first time a party won all of the seats it ran for was the Thaecian Progressive Union in the February 2019 House of Commons election according to Andusre. The statement has since been corrected by Rayekka (as of March 10th, 2020) so the true meaning is clear.
Statement from a Progressive Parliament Spokesman in response to Fact-check: “Progressive Parliament categorically denies it has intentionally mislead the public. The original advertisement put a different claim, but since Brototh’s input was changed. Progressive Parliament at the time of winning their seats, the youngest party to ever do so. The advertisement has now been adjusted not to include the fact so not to confuse any members of the public. Progressive Parliament is working for the people and being honest with the public is it’s top priority.”
