Out of all the comic posting websites I've found I believe ComicFury to be the most beginner friendly, with a mailbox you can sort to only show notifications you care for and the front page showing recently updated comics its easy to get a comic out there and seen

About the site: WEBTOON is a great site with a vast amount of comics it has a ton of great comics, and an app on the appstore it uses an infinite scroll view to view each page though it is sometimes hard to find less popular comics. It does have a way to sort comics by genre and see the most recently updated of all of their comics
