This journal operates a double-anonymized peer-review process. All submissions are initially assessed by the Editor for suitability for the journal. Research Papers and Short Papers deemed suitable are then sent to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise to assess the quality of the manuscripts.
The Editor makes the final decision regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts, based on the reviewers’ reports and the academic merit of the submission, in consultation with the Editorial Board.
Editors must not participate in the peer review or editorial decisions concerning manuscripts they have authored or in which they have a personal, professional, or financial conflict of interest, including submissions by family members or close collaborators. Such manuscripts will be handled by an independent editor, who will oversee the peer-review process and make the final editorial decision in accordance with the journal’s standard procedures.
Following peer review, manuscripts may receive one of the following editorial decisions: ‘Accept in present form’, ‘Accept with revision’, ‘Re-review required upon revision’, or ‘Decline’.
■ Final Publication Materials Submission
If your paper is accepted for publication after the review process (e.g., Accept in Present Form or Accept with Revision), we will provide a detailed guide and an author checklist outlining the requirements for final paper submission. Please pay close attention to these requirements.
