We aim to...
Rescue a bit of history of our Department through digitisation, and celebrate the developing study of plants through time
Bring a modern and fresh perspective to a unique satirical journal-magazine with more of 100 years of history
Act as a fun and interactive glue between staff, students and alumni from across the Cambridge University plant biology universe including the Department of Plant Sciences, Crop Science Centre (CSC), Herbarium, Botanic Garden (CUBG) and Sainsbury Laboratory (SLCU).
Plant Sciences Librarian
The revival of the ‘Tea Phytologist’ was initially supported by Syaivo, a friend of plants (and plant scientists), books (and librarians), as well as artists and activists around the world. Syaivo’s done long-term research on drinking black tea with a bit of lemon and honey.
Plant Sciences Library is proud to support and promote the ‘Tea Phytologist’.
