Universal & Future-Proof Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Agreement to Terms: By using our apps, you agree to these terms. These apply to free, trial, and premium (Pro) versions.

2. Premium Services & Payments:

• Pro Features: We may provide ad-free experiences or advanced features (like unlimited cloud storage) for a fee.

• Refunds: All payments are processed through Google Play, and refund policies are governed by Google Play Store terms.

3. Cloud Services & Data Integrity: While we provide Online Storage options for backup, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups. We use industry-standard encryption, but we are not liable for accidental data loss due to user-side security breaches.

4. Prohibited Use: You may not use Yash Scan to process illegal documents or MDM App to submit fraudulent government reports.

5. Intellectual Property: All app code, design, and educational content are the property of Schorbit/The Teachers Help.
