• Location Data (Drivers Only): Real-time GPS location to enable delivery tracking and proof of delivery.

• Device & Technical Data: Device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and push notification tokens.

• Communications: Messages sent through the App to restaurants or administrators, ratings, and feedback.

2. Important Order Policy

• Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (local time) for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM will automatically be scheduled for delivery the following day.

• Cut-off times are strictly enforced to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and manage your meal orders.

• Process secure payments.

• Send order confirmations, updates, and notifications.

• Communicate with restaurants and drivers to complete deliveries.

• Improve app functionality and customer experience.

• Send promotional offers, with the option to opt-out at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Restaurants and Drivers: Limited details necessary to prepare and deliver your order.

• Service Providers: For payments, notifications, maps, and app analytics.

• Legal Authorities: If required by law or valid legal requests.

• Order history and payment records are stored as required by law.

• Delivery proof (PIN or photo) is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes.

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal requirements.

• Secure login and token-based authentication.

• Restricted access to personal data.
