Location Data (Drivers Only): Real-time GPS location to enable delivery tracking and proof of delivery.
Device & Technical Data: Device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and push notification tokens.

2. Important Order Policy
Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (local time) for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will automatically be scheduled for delivery the following day.
Cut-off times are strictly enforced to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Provide and manage your meal orders.
Process secure payments.
Send order confirmations, updates, and notifications.
Communicate with restaurants and drivers to complete deliveries.
Improve app functionality and customer experience.

Restaurants and Drivers: Limited details necessary to prepare and deliver your order.

Order history and payment records are stored as required by law.
Delivery proof (PIN or photo) is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal requirements.
