Our mission is to provide a unique and enjoyable language learning experience that inspires and empowers individuals to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. We believe that language can be a barrier for equality and that learning is a lifelong journey, and we strive to make that journey as engaging and rewarding as possible.

Our idea is simple: The program will feature a song and its lyrics each week, along with instruction on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural background. 

Weekly Hours: 2 hours of live instruction per week, with additional online resources available 24/7. The program is conducted through online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. 

Level: This course is appropriate for intermediate and advanced language students.

There are numerous opportunities for people to volunteer for the Sunset Serenade language learning program; we are searching for experienced music teachers as well as English or Spanish language tutors.

• Passion for teaching: Some volunteers may have a passion for teaching and may enjoy sharing their knowledge and skills with others.

• Give back to the community: Volunteering can be a way for individuals to give back to their community and help others.

• Language practice: If a volunteer is learning Spanish or English, the program could provide an opportunity to practice their language skills in a real-life setting.
